You can enter up to 30 minutes after the time for which you have purchased your ticket, neither before nor after.
It will not be possible to enter the exhibition with suitcases, prams or other bulky objects, but we have a left-luggage area at your disposal, at no additional cost to the entrance fee.

Yes, but we recommend buying tickets ahead of time, because we can’t guarantee there are tickets available for purchase when you arrive.

Children under the age of 3 are free. From 3 to 17 years old, please select “Under 18 years old” when purchasing tickets.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The visit is free, but we estimate the average duration to be approximately 75 minutes.
Yes, you are more than welcome to photograph and film the exhibition for private use. Photos for commercial use and the use of flash are not allowed.

Tickets cannot be refunded, but it is possible to change the date. Changes of date can be arranged by giving at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the date of the visit. Please check conditions on the main event website.
